I attend the little University Branch here at Penn State we are a small and rather eclectic group from many different backgrounds. We are all a little crazy and any time we get together we are sure to have a good time and do a lot of laughing.
Here are a few of the wonderful memories I have from of my crazy branch:
Listening to Eric explain a yet another Gospel principle with the chemical properties of Carbon Monoxide and realizing to my horror that it made sense to me.
Liang winning “scariest costume” at the branch Halloween party by wearing Ty’s spandex biking clothes and protesting that he isn’t scary he’s sexy.

Going with Chris to Jenny and Jordan’s Smiths place to eat massive amounts of french toast, bacon, and eggs all for the noble cause of helping them get ready to leave on their cruise without having to worry about leaving perishable food in their apartment.
Sitting around a table at a branch activity listening to Eric and President Koide quote Star Trek to each other and then, just when I thought they were done, moving on to Nacho Libre quotes.
Squealing out of the parking lot in Dan’s SUV during a cut-throat photo scavenger hunt.
Arriving a few minutes late to the end-of-semester social at the Done’s home and instantly being challenged to a light saber duel by Eric.

Watching “The Watcher in the Woods” at the branch Halloween Party with a continual commentary by Bobby.
Going over to Ty and Eric’s apartment to socialize with their cat instead of with them.
Peeling, cooking, and mashing 40lbs of potatoes for a regional YSA activity with the life saving help of Andrea, Sanu, and Eric.
A wonderful home teaching visit when we planned a brilliant future for everyone which involved Cyler's artwork being in the Met, Eric willing the Nobel Prize for chemistry, Nick becoming the next Steve Jobs, and me, well, I was still a librarian.

But a brilliant librarian. I love your blog . . .Though I must confess I keep thinking of that song "just a small town girl, livin' in a lonely world . . ." Hardly the life of a librarian, but you could dance to that in one of your kitchen performances. :)
